28 Skincare Spa Booking Policy

By Appointment only. 28 Skincare cannot guarantee availability to guests without reservations. We currently cannot accept walk-ins at this time. To schedule an appointment please follow the link to our booking site to schedule.

 

Booking Fee. A $25 non-refundable deposit will be required at the time of booking your service. If you can keep your appointment this fee will be credited to service and the remaining balance will be less $25.  

 

Late Policy. Please notify 28 Skincare as soon as possible if you are running late. If you are more then 15 minutes late your appointment will be canceled, and you will need to reschedule.

 

Canceled/ Missed Appointments. The time you schedule is reserved for your exclusive use. When appointments are missed or canceled without sufficient notice, we are often unable to fill the vacancy. If you need to cancel or reschedule, we require a 48-hour notice. Cancellations less then this will result in a forfeiture of the booking and a new one will be required when rescheduling. A missed appointment will be charged a fee up to 100% of the scheduled services. After 1 missed appointment clients will be required to pay 50% of the service when booking appointments. 3 missed appointments will lead to a dismissal of the client from 28 Skincare. If you are unbale to keep an appointment please email, text, or call as soon as possible.

 

Covid 19 Policy. We value the health and safety of our clients. If you are feeling ill, please reschedule your appointment. If you have been exposed to Covid or contract Covid please notify 28 skincare and your appointment will be rescheduled free of charge. You will be able to reschedule your appointment after 21 days. Please do not try to reschedule prior to 21 days or your appointment will be canceled.

 

Children & Other Guests. No children or other guests of the client that is receiving services will be permitted in the studio at any time. Please arrange childcare prior to booking services.

Our number one goal is to ensure that you are satisfied with your product. Unfortunately due to the current health concerns and as a small business we cannot accept returns or refunds at this time on all 28 Skincare Products. However if your item is damaged during transit. Please email info@28skincare.com and we will do our best to accommodate you.

Glymed Plus Policy

REGEN RETAIL ORDER RETURNS - 10 DAY RULE

The Company strives to provide the best customer service in the industry. Our return policies are simple and straightforward:

  • First, contact your skin care professional if you have any concerns or questions about how to successfully use your new GlyMed Plus products. GlyMed Plus products are designed to be highly effective and require the trained supervision of a licensed skin care professional.

  • After you have contacted your skin care professional, within ten days of delivery, you can call or email our Customer Service team to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA). You help facilitate a smooth return process by working with our customer service team to receive either a credit or refund for any shipment or portion of a shipment. Call us at +1 (800) 676-9667 or email us at orders@glymedplus.com.

  • You may return any unopened and undamaged products with an RMA during the full ten days after receiving delivery. You can choose to receive a full refund or product credit on your next order.

  • After the ten day period but before 30 days after delivery, all other unopened and undamaged returns require an RMA and are limited to product credit only, no refunds are possible.

  • After the thirty day period, no returns are accepted.

The Company reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to modify this return process and to modify or discontinue selling any or all of the Products at any time.

Skinscript Return Process

Skin Script’s wide variety of skin care products is suited for each skin type and condition. If a client (distributor or customer) is not satisfied with a product purchased from Skin Script, it is returnable for credit or for another product.

Please keep the following in mind when returning product: 

  • Skin Script must be advised of dissatisfaction of a product within 21 days of original purchase. 

  • The actual product must be returned to Skin Script’s office within 2 months of the dissatisfaction for credit or exchange of another product.  

  • Returned products must be at least 60% full.  

  • The client will be responsible for postage or delivery charges of the returned product.  

  • Skin Script will deliver the new, exchanged product free of delivery charges.  To return an item, please call for assistance 480-543-1121, Monday – Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Arizona Time.

When ordering skin script products and Glymed Products you will be charged a flat rate fee of $7

How do I place an order?

To purchase Skinscript products you can order directly from the 28 skincare website. The items will then ship directly from the manufacturer. To purchase Glymed Plus products you will be directed to a separate site where you will have full access to all Glymed Products . Items purchased from 28 Skincare and Glymed Plus can not be combined in the same order at this time, You will be charged separate fees for shipping. We apologize for the inconvenience.
